Our Fairview home is located in the very best location for a visit to Scottsdale. Super convenient to the Airpark, Kierland Commons, and the Scottsdale Quarter and plenty of golf courses, restaurants and nightlife. The house has been completely repainted inside and out, and the kitchen features granite counter tops and travertine flooring, as well as all-new appliances including electric glass stove tops, a built-in microwave, fridge/freezer combination, dual toaster, and full laundry machines conveniently hidden away in an inconspicuous cabinet. In the center front room is a regulation size private swimming pool table ideal for entertaining guests at large gatherings. The living area is fully loaded with a large Sanyo flat screen TV, comfortable fabric sofas, a wood fireplace surrounded by a granite/stone wall, and an area rug for even more comfort.

One of the main highlights of this property is the backyard. Situated on a large lot, this property boasts a golf putting green, a covered wraparound patio, abundant palm and orange trees, ample seating for outdoor dining, a well-maintained lawn, a gas fire pit, a built-in gas grill, basketball court, private pool, and a hot tub with its own built-in sound system. This home also features two master suites, each with its own immaculate bathroom. All four bedrooms come with high-definition flat screen TVs.

We are readily available to help with any aspect of your stay. We have also have employed a back-up professional support desk for the rare times when we are not available to assist you.

Amenities

House Rules

*Street address and email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.

*Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord's Rental
Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

*All Renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal. Minimum age to rent is 25. No Exceptions.

*Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa $60

*All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, tank refill is $15, cleaning is $35.

*Additional terms and conditions apply. You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions via email which you can sign digitally. This is not an executed contract until you sign a copy of the terms and conditions.

*Quiet hours after 9 p.m. to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

*Standard rates include up to 6 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 9 will incur and additional
occupancy charge of $20 per person, per night.

Arrival instruction are sent after completing online Renter Data Form including information about occupancy and vehicles required by the HOA. You will receive a personal property access code after 1 p.m. on the day of your arrival when you call our Arrival Line (number provided in arrival instructions email). For the safety and privacy of current renters, you will not be given the home's access code or exact address until the afternoon of your arrival. You will be given the location of the homes nearest cross streets, generally within 500 feet of the physical location of the home.

Our standard departure time is 10 am although exceptions are made based on occupancy and between-occupancy maintenance requirements. Early arrival & or late departure fees apply.

Before departing the home, you will be asked to call our Departure Phone Line (number provided on departure sheet left at the home for you) and to leave a message indicating the time you will depart the home. This will alert the housekeepers to the best time to arrive to the home. You will also be asked to complete a Departure form which will include some minor household steps to ready the home for the post-occupancy property inspection and the arrival of the housekeeping staff.

Home comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above.

Clean, absolutely beautiful. The only problem was the master bedroom window howled constantly. Glad I bring ear plugs. Grocery store is easy access. Again I would definitely rent again and will pass the name and # on to friends and family. Marla Unit 611

Owner was very kind and helpful. The condo was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I was really pleased to see a lot of items provided that normally you have to buy - shampoo, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, spices AND the knives were sharp! The kitchen was fun to cook in because the pans were also in good shape. Shopping was close and convenient. Cocoa Beach is a very fun place to be and we enjoyed our stay very much.

This property has everything you need to make your vacation one to remember! The condo is beautifully appointed, airy, roomy and inviting. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! (Both sunrises and moonrises were a sight to behold!) There is a wonderful shade that wraps around the entirety of the balcony as well, and during the hottest part of the day (in mid-July), when it was too steamy to enjoy spending time out there we closed it, and it kept the interior nice and cool. The appliances were top of the line. I especially appreciated the washer that did NOT have a center agitator, and offered a variety of settings to deal with delicate items. The amenities provided are too many to name them all! Some of the things we loved/used were fans, beach towels/umbrellas/chairs/boogie board, coffee grinder, tea kettle, and the provided list of suggested restaurants and activities. The location of this property is stellar, and offers an incredible variety of things to do. There is a Publix and wine store less than 5 minutes away from the condo, and a Walmart about 15 minutes. Food choices for eating out are MANY, and very close by. Some of our favorites were Simply Delicious, Pappa Vitos, Sandbar and Tiny Turtles. Also very nearby is a kayak and paddle board rental. We rented paddle boards and launched them from the beach at the condo, so the whole family could take turns enjoying them. Orlando is only an hour away, and we spent one day at Universal's theme parks. The space center is also very nearby and provided a full day of family fun. Of course, the thing we did most, and was of greatest value to our family was the time spent on the beach together. The beach/ocean is just an elevator ride and a short walk from the condo door, and we made so many wonderful memories there during our week's stay! The condo's owner Jill (and her assistant) were thorough, kind, helpful, and very responsive in all aspects of planning the stay, our arrival, and responding to questions/issues while we were there. I could not recommend this property more if you are staying in Cocoa Beach!! We woke up everyday and were awestruck by the sights and sounds of the ocean, and we tuned in each night with one last view of the moon shining over the waves and the ocean breeze on our faces. Thanks Jill for sharing your very special space with our family! We look forward to renting from you again in the future!

Everything was spot on as described online. Oversize balcony with super comfortable seats for six adults. Plenty of space inside with oversize TV's and lots of games, movies and books. Fully stocked kitchen with every appliance and cookware you will ever need. Very comfortable beds with bathroom toiletries supplied along with high end towels and bathrobes. Quality beach vacation for sure. Looking forward to many future visits!
