Our Fairview home is located in the very best location for a visit to Scottsdale. Super convenient to the Airpark, Kierland Commons, and the Scottsdale Quarter and plenty of golf courses, restaurants and nightlife. The house has been completely repainted inside and out, and the kitchen features granite counter tops and travertine flooring, as well as all-new appliances including electric glass stove tops, a built-in microwave, fridge/freezer combination, dual toaster, and full laundry machines conveniently hidden away in an inconspicuous cabinet. In the center front room is a regulation size private swimming pool table ideal for entertaining guests at large gatherings. The living area is fully loaded with a large Sanyo flat screen TV, comfortable fabric sofas, a wood fireplace surrounded by a granite/stone wall, and an area rug for even more comfort.
One of the main highlights of this property is the backyard. Situated on a large lot, this property boasts a golf putting green, a covered wraparound patio, abundant palm and orange trees, ample seating for outdoor dining, a well-maintained lawn, a gas fire pit, a built-in gas grill, basketball court, private pool, and a hot tub with its own built-in sound system. This home also features two master suites, each with its own immaculate bathroom. All four bedrooms come with high-definition flat screen TVs.

*All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, tank refill is $15, cleaning is $35.

*Quiet hours after 9 p.m. to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
*Standard rates include up to 6 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 9 will incur and additional
occupancy charge of $20 per person, per night.
Arrival instruction are sent after completing online Renter Data Form including information about occupancy and vehicles required by the HOA. You will receive a personal property access code after 1 p.m. on the day of your arrival when you call our Arrival Line (number provided in arrival instructions email). For the safety and privacy of current renters, you will not be given the home's access code or exact address until the afternoon of your arrival. You will be given the location of the homes nearest cross streets, generally within 500 feet of the physical location of the home.
Our standard departure time is 10 am although exceptions are made based on occupancy and between-occupancy maintenance requirements. Early arrival & or late departure fees apply.
Before departing the home, you will be asked to call our Departure Phone Line (number provided on departure sheet left at the home for you) and to leave a message indicating the time you will depart the home. This will alert the housekeepers to the best time to arrive to the home. You will also be asked to complete a Departure form which will include some minor household steps to ready the home for the post-occupancy property inspection and the arrival of the housekeeping staff.
Home comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above.
